Welcome to Travel for Holiday. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any travel services with us. 2. Booking Process

• To make a booking, you must complete our booking form and pay the required deposit or full payment (as specified).
• Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email. This constitutes a contract between you and Travel for Holidays.
• It is your responsibility to ensure all details in your booking confirmation are correct (e.g., names, dates, and travel arrangements).

3. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via the payment methods outlined on our website or booking form.
• For most bookings, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided in the booking confirmation.
• If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit paid.

4. Changes to Bookings

• If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
• Depending on the nature of the changes, additional fees may apply, such as cancellation fees or rescheduling costs imposed by suppliers.

5. Cancellations

• It is your responsibility to be aware of and follow all laws, regulations, and customs procedures in your destination.

8. Force Majeure

• We will not be liable for failure to provide services or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, health crises, or other unforeseen events.
• In such cases, we will do our best to assist you in making alternative arrangements, but no refunds or compensation will be offered.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Travel for Holiday acts as an intermediary between you and the service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, tour operators). We are not responsible for any act or failure of these third-party providers.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages arising from delays, cancellations, accidents, or other issues during your trip.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to the use of your personal information for the purpose of completing your travel arrangements and communicating with you about your booking.
